Cohesive and SRO have announced a partnership that will allow Cohesive’s Maximo customers the option to experience zero downtime during their Maximo upgrade.

Cohesive will serve as the principle distributor of SRO’s Dynamic Upgrade (SDU) toolkit in the United States.

“Cohesive is the most established Maximo services provider in the United States,” says Steve Driver, SRO’s Managing Director, “Their focus on the Energy and Utility sectors makes Cohesive the ideal partner for us.”

SRO’s SDU toolkit provides upgrades with zero downtime on your live Maximo server, enabling a realistic and practical upgrade process to allow for rigorous testing and user acceptance. The SDU enables an offline upgrade and migration process, running in parallel and capturing all changes made to the old version. It thereby allows users to remain on the previous version during the entire upgrade process until cut-over to the new version, with only the downtime it takes for users to log in to the new version, as either version of Maximo will always be available.
